Shannon Clement brings a wealth of experience in managing complex, high-stakes projects with precision and agility. She’s known for executing across multiple timelines, from events to production workflows, while balancing client expectations and team deliverables. Shannon excels at communication, scope alignment, and timeline navigation—especially when every detail counts.
Recently, she has extended her expertise to the space industry in North America and Europe, offering clients a unique understanding of the global space economy and how to stand out from the crowd through strategic partnerships with government, academia, media, and trade organizations.

Previously, she held account management roles with advertising/marketing agencies such as Fusion92, Leo Burnett, Arc Worldwide, and Young & Rubicam. In addition, Dahlia also spent five years working on the client side in financial services. She’s more than familiar with legal, compliance, and operating within the confines of regulated industries.
When she’s not managing complex projects or client requests, Dahlia works as a Professional Leadership and Development Coach and Trainer.
