My background spans strategic consulting, marketing and brand development, operational leadership, and executive coaching. I’ve served as a Vice President, Managing Director, Growth Strategist, Brand Architect, and Advisor—and in every role, I’ve focused on one thing: helping people and businesses unlock their potential and move forward with purpose.

I founded D. Roth Consulting Group to close the gap between vision and execution—and to challenge the idea that strategy and empathy can’t coexist.
